About me
Kasie Payne has been passionately teaching Language Arts at Wasatch High School for the past 15 years and Teaching as a Profession 1, 2, and 3 for six years. Her EdRising students have won numerous State and National titles. She was the recipient of the Utah Council Teacher of English Teacher of the Year award (2015), Wasatch High ACE Teacher of the Year (2016), and Wasatch County Distinguished Educator (2021). And, she still feels super messy. She knows teaching is hard, even when on paper we look “good” at it.
