K-12 Teaching as a Profession

Hi all! I am a seventh-year teacher with aspirations to advocate for positive policy change for education. I completed a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum and Instruction through Weber State University and I am currently pursuing an Ed.D. in K-12 Leadership and Policy with Administrative Licensure through the University of Utah. I have taught various AP, IB and CE courses including German 1-6, Teaching as a Profession 2 & 3/ EDUC 1010, World History and AP World History. I have worked with students in all grade levels, K-12 and have taught at a Montessori Charter School, in Weber School District and in Davis School District. Previously, I have presented at the Southwest Conference on Language Teaching on increasing student motivation through game-based learning activities. I can't wait to connect, present, and learn together!
